SHIPPING 
  • The billing address and shipping address should be the same, and shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.
  • Make sure to enter the correct billing address associated with your bank card to ensure successful payment processing.
  • Processing time for orders is 2-3 business days, with processing occurring Monday-Friday. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, while regular flat rate shipping takes 5-7 business days domestically. International shipping takes 7-10 business days.
  • FedEx is used for all package deliveries, with business days being Monday-Friday. - Tracking numbers will start to update after 24 hours of receiving a tracking email. Check your spam folder if you can't find the email in your inbox.
REFUND/EXCHANGE
  • Once payment is complete, orders cannot be altered or changed.
  • Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of receiving the unopened hair extensions.
  • The company takes pride in offering high-quality hair extensions with low return rates.
  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unopened, unworn, and untampered hair extensions.
  • Contact the company at 763 232 2672 during business hours to initiate a return.
  • Hair extensions must be shipped back unopened in their original packaging without any defects.
  • The company does not accept returns or exchanges if the Charismas Creations /Best Beauty Supply Hair seal on the bundle has been broken, as human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product.
